Cindy's was established in 2005 on the belief that each little girl should be able to feel as beautiful as they possibly can.  As a regular judge of little girls pageants, Cindy recognized that there was a need for quality made pageant wear.  Having had previous experience making very intricate dresses for porcelain dolls, Cindy began creation of custom works of art in form of little girls dresses.

Today Cindy's is located in downtown Jacksonville, Arkansas inside the CrestView Plaza.  2013 will be a landmark year for Cindy's with the launch of a our new website, custom wedding dresses, little girls clothing line, and more!
